RxBuilds operates the LedgerIQ mobile application (com.rxbuilds.ledgeriq). This policy explains exactly what data we collect, where it goes, and your rights.
LedgerIQ helps small business owners analyze bank statements for tax planning. Questions? Email texastesla01@gmail.com.
What: Transaction descriptions, dates, and amounts from uploaded statements.
NOT collected: Account numbers, routing numbers, bank names, or full statement images after processing.
Why: To categorize transactions to IRS Schedule C, project taxes, and find deductions.
Where it goes: Transaction text is sent to our backend (ledger-iq.replit.app), then to Anthropic’s Claude API for categorization. See Third-Party Services below.
Storage: Categorized data is stored locally on your device only. We do not retain statement data on our servers after processing.
What: Subscription status (free trial, Pro), purchase history, App Store receipt data.
Why: To unlock Pro features and enforce scan limits.
Handled by: RevenueCat via Apple StoreKit. We receive only entitlement status — we never see your payment card details.
What: App version, device platform, anonymous crash data. No third-party analytics used.
Stored locally on your device only. Used to notify you when a background scan finishes. Not shared with any third party.
Data sent: Transaction descriptions and amounts only. No account numbers, no images, no personally identifiable information.
Retention: Anthropic retains API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for trust and safety review, after which the data is permanently deleted.
Model training: Model training on user data has been disabled in Anthropic’s API settings. Your transaction data is not used to train or improve Anthropic’s AI models.
Policy: anthropic.com/privacy. Data stays in the United States.
Data sent: Pseudonymous device-level identifier, App Store purchase receipts, device type, app version.
Policy: revenuecat.com/privacy. Data stays in the United States.
Device push token for notifications. Expo may collect anonymous diagnostic data. Policy: expo.dev/privacy.
Purchase receipts processed entirely by Apple. We never see payment card details. Policy: apple.com/privacy.
Statement summaries, business profiles, and settings are stored locally on your device. Not backed up to our servers. Deleting the app permanently deletes all your data.
Since we collect no personally identifiable information, there is no account to delete. For any privacy request, email texastesla01@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We respond within 30 days.
